Iram Art invites you to attend a talk on Posthuman Apparatuses & Alien Durations by Prof. Dr.Thomas Mical. The talk is part of the parallel program at Iram, which is an extension of the ongoing show "Embodied Vestiges" Thomas has taught architectural theory, film theory, surrealism, schizoanalysis, and trans-disciplinary doctoral research methods over 3 decades as a tenured professor in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and now India. He has held fellowships at the Architectural Association (UK), London School of Economics (UK), Fulbright (Germany) Getty Center (US), and Dumbarton Oaks (US). Most Recently he was Adjunct Professor at the National Institute of Advanced Studies-Bangalore Center for Consciousness Studies. He has an academic background in Architecture and Art from Georgia Institute of Technology, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, as well as The European Graduate School.
